"Although I have previously reviewed and given positive feedback, having used DMK services (I use the word service loosely) for over 18 months, I feel that I cannot recommend this company. I had reached the point of frustration where I had to ask that all communication be via email rather than phone calls due to the differing responses each time to the same issues. Maintenance was completed at the rental property, money requested upfront and taken from the rent, and no invoice or guarantee provided, despite asking for this 6 times, and now being ignored for coming up to 5 weeks. I have reported this company to the Property Redress Scheme and also Rent Smart Wales. I have attempted to resolve the issues directly each and every time, including escalating to a complaint, but I have been ignored and left in financial detriment because of this company's poor work ethic. Landlords - please avoid."
