"I had a terrible experience using Albita Properties Ltd. A house was advertised as furnished and I paid a holding deposit for it but when I went to view it, I realized it was unfurnished without even a refrigerator and a washing machine. When I enquired, I was told I'd have to pay for them to put those things. They refused to refund my deposit which they made me pay based on false information and denied claiming the property was furnished. I showed proof of where they said it was furnished and then they went ahead to change ot to unfurnished after collecting my money. A really terrible experience. I do not recommend them to anyone."
