"Extremely disappointing. After an arduous check-in process (asked to provide photo ID and being given check-in details 30 minutes before the check-in time etc) we arrived to a stone cold and filthy house (with bags full of rubbish left inside) which was not stocked with basics such as toilet paper or hand soap. The listing says it can sleep 9 and whilst this may be possible, it is not to be advised. Two of the bathrooms had shared access between 2 bedrooms and one of the bedrooms could only be accessed via the main bathroom (which didn't have a functioning door). There was a downstairs shower room which was also very dirty and barely functional (the shower flooded the room and we also found slugs on the floor). I was also very frustrated at the amount of contact I received from the hosts. You do not expect to be bombarded with messages and phone calls during your stay about taking out the rubbish, checking out on time etc. Finally, when this (extremely negative) feedback was given to the host after our stay the response was 'We hope to host to you again soon'. I'm not sure if that was their idea of a joke. p.s there was 1 wine glass so make sure you bring your own."
