"Ordered a hot tub (including delivery and installation) from here earlier in the year for my dad's birthday. On the initial day of installation, the technicians arrived, however no hot tub appeared. No apology or reason given. Came back a week later with technicians and hot tub, but no way to move it fron the vehicle to the desired location. Ended up having to knock door-to-door on my road to get enough man power to move it. They areis responsive until you pay, then will act the uttermost unprofessional from there on"

"Absolutely disgusting driving from this company. 90mph and undertaking, and when challenged by me, a female, the dark haired male in his 50s (with obvious small man syndrome) resorted to making comments like 'go and enjoy your vegan sandwich because you obviously live in lewes'. I do enjoy a good vegan sandwich, don't live in Lewes though, so it's unclear what that has to do with anything. He was a very strange individual, obviously mentally unstable and I'd question whether he should be on the road, let alone representing a company. I'll be making sure my family and friends don't use them, I don't fancy my grandmother being alone with someone like that. Good luck to the company going forward with someone like that working for them."
"3rd time we've used Giles and yet again they were great. Hot tub sorted at short notice for our Grandaughters soiree with her friends. First tub technician turned up "I'm too fat to get in the gap and fix it. I'll send for a thinner technician" Thinner technician turns up in half hour, tub fixed. Giles. Great service with Sid Little and Eddie Large thrown in free. Cheers guys, we're customers for life now."
