"Billy and Liv C were very based, they let us request our own music and even played the forbidden bruno melody. They made this experience much better than they needed to and were really accommodating to us, explaining things simply and clear. They were also very funny. With this in mind, I think that Billy and Liv C should get a 75% raise and a badge that says "Favourite employees" With a picture of Ozzy Osbourne smiling. Cheers guys, look forward to coming back."

"Since my daughter is a huge Star Wars fan, I wanted to organise a fancy dress birthday party for her that was a bit more on theme than the typical kids parties offered by most venues in Norwich. So I thought laser shooting might be a good choice. I was initially gutted that the minimum age requirement would prevent us from having the party, as a few children in the group were a bit younger. Thankfully though, Quasar were willing to be flexible and were able to accommodate us so that we could still have the party. Some of us were a bit late because of various road closures and parking difficulties in the area because of an event in Norwich, however the Quasar team were very understanding and patient. They were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our session, even helping us organise the birthday cake and presents. We were able to play our own music, which created a fantastic Star Wars buzz whilst we were playing, and there was plenty of drinks and pizza for everyone. The only issues we had were some areas being closed off because of leaking from the heavy rain. My daughter and her friends had an absolute blast! And even the parents were also able to play and had a great time too, so much so that we now want to have an adults only game. If you want something a bit different to the traditional kids parties like soft play, trampolining, bowling, hiring a hall etc, then Quasar is a very fun and entertaining alternative choice."
