"Appalling. I first phoned to ensure they had experience cutting and styling curly hair. I was told absolutely. Made an appointment for my teenage son. He had curls, when stretched out reached his chin. He told the barber he was growing it out but needed a style that managed the grow out and curls, as it was getting frizzy. He left the barbers with practically a short back and sides.!! We are both seriously upset. Im am shocked at how this barber just had no clue, obviously no communication skills to speak of and ultimately did what he wanted."
