"DON'T GO THERE!! Went there to have a haircut. I showed the hairdresser (Aine) a picture of exactly what I wanted done, first off she didn't look at it for more than 30 seconds, and didn't ask ANY questions about the haircut. Then after less than 15 minutes she was finished with the most horrible haircut I've ever had, completely blunt and NOTHING like what I wanted. She then barely finishes drying my hair and says she's done. Shameful service and honestly I can't believe she has any clients."
"I was there for an eyebrow wax and a cut. The wax was quite pleasant and done well. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the cut. The salon seemed overly busy. I was left sitting in a chair with wet hair for about 10 minutes. When the stylist came to cut my hair, she only asked how much I wanted cut off, nothing about style, etc. There was no proper consultation at all. While she was cutting, I made sure to tell her that I liked long layers, but the stylist didn't spend more than 10 minutes on the actual cut. The end result was a disaster, very choppy and uneven. It's the worst haircut I've ever had. I didn't complain because I just wanted to leave, and I certainly didn't trust them to fix it. The staff are also quite lax when it comes to wearing masks, and the general hygiene could use some improvement."
"BEWARE!! The salon is very near the scientology center, my brother went in for a haircut and was told by some of the hairdressers that the scientology people are lovely and kind. My brother went to the scientology center where he was last seen four years ago, he has never been found."
"Don't know how you mess up hair that much. Showed many pictures of what I wanted and was very specific and they did a completely random hair style that looks nothing like I had asked for. Nice people and very friendly but come on."
