"Cannot do curly hair!!! Asked in store a few days before if they can cut curly hair and was told yes they have a girl there that can so I booked an apt. I asked the hairstylist to leave the length but to fix the shape of my hair and we agreed on a few layers at the top and she wouldn’t touch the bottom or length. I should have known as soon as the hairdresser started brushing my 3b hair DRY with a paddle brush that it was going to go wrong. Anyone who actually knows curly hair knows it is not to be brushed dry. Then she cut it while wet and like it was straight hair rather than curl by curl. When she checked on me mid way I told her it was short but she said the length was still there and then stretched my hair to show there was “length”. At that point too late to turn back. I walked in with my hair3 inches past my shoulders and walked out with my hair not touching my shoulders, not even styled not a curl in sight just a floof on my head. Absolutely devastated. Stop telling paying customers yous can cut curly hair. I’m so embarrassed with how it turned out."

"I called in yesterday without an appointment and with a double buggy.. I was expecting to be told that I needed to ring in advance or else that they didn’t have insurance for me to have my newborn with me. Instead I was told to come on in and that they’d fit me in for a long overdue cut asap. My little one needed a feed and they were so lovely about me breastfeeding him discreetly. The girls were all fab and Rebecca did a great job with my hair x"
