"As the only pharmacy in the area I am surprised anybody is left alive. Every time one visits this branch of Lloyds you are met with a look as though you have 2 heads when you ask a simple question. Have never managed to actually get a prescription sorted there and rather than apologies for not being able to provide the service expected of a pharmacy, you are condescended and ushered out of the shop as though you have caused a massive imposition."
"Appalling service. Unprecedented rudeness for no reason, unprofessional and inefficient. The village needs a far better service, particularly for the elderly who rely on this pharmacy."
"Stopped opening Saturday, then went to pick up my prescription today Wednesday 12th october left work early which isn't easy for me.got there just before closing time and was told the pharmacist had left already and were closed for a stock take. Really doesn't help me. Useless service will not be using them anymore"
"My sister pays for a precription delivery once a month, and has done for years, and in the past this has been an excellent service. The last two months I have had to travel from Eastbourne to collect her medication as for some reason (and no one can give me an explaination) she was taken off the delivery list. I was assured last month that this would not happen again, but here we are, me having to take time off work to travel to Newick to collect it, as the medication that she takes she cannot be without. I phoned the surgery today, as last month the Pharmacy blamed the surgery for not getting the precsription over in time ( I will guess this is an excuse because there has never been any trouble in the past) This month they have had the prescription since the 2nd, you would like to think if it had not been collected after a certain time they would ring to find out why. I spent most of yesterday on the phone trying to get through to them it just rings and rings then cuts off. While I was waiting to be served I overheard one of the staff say that they send prescriptions to other pharmacies to get filled as they are so short staffed. Surely if this is the case Lloyds should be looking to employ more staff. I am very disappionted with the service that we are now getting from them, but most people, especially if you do not drive as in my sisters case, do not have the option to go elsewhere. Sort it out Lloyds will be getting a bad reputation."
"Arrived at 1.20pm note on the door closed for lunch. No indication of when lunch ends but thought it could not be much longer. Went to run some errands in nearby shops came back and still out for lunch. Apparently they open at 2pm. Would be great if they could indicate that and also update opening times on google. What a waist of my time!"
