"I was today 18 of March for a service of washing and blow dry. An old lady seemed to be the boss or owner, she said that my hair was lovely and walked me to the hairdresser for a wash, during that process she offered me to blow dry and make some curls I said that in my hair couldn't last as it is straight. Anyway I said that's fine. During the blow drying the hairdresser was trying to do her best to make curls while was blow drying but didn't work as my hair couldn't hold it...other thing the service took almost 1 hour and 30 min which it is too long. In my opinion this hairdresser didn't have enough experience to perform this job I can see how she was struggling during the blow drying process. They charge me 28 euros which the old lady (the boss) knew it and tried to hide perhaps she thought that I am not Irish and I have no understanding of the business.. I will never come back again and I would never recommend to anybody... I can see many old ladies going there and they are happy cause they are regulars and they know what they want and know how they keep them happy having said that I felt I was laboratory Guinea pig. Horrible service, they only care about th money not focus in the quality of the service."

"water was too hot and when I complained was told that they could just washmy hair once.! Girls washing hair were sniggering and making eye rolls at each other when I looked around. Stylist had a very loud voice and on this occasion did not do a good job of a curly blow dry. I intended to get my hair trimmed but I thought I would never get out. I complained to the manager but was told she would speak to staff but apology seemed very bland. Never again! Veronica Byrns"

"I was going on holidays and needed quick unplanned tidy up, Audrey was so nice, she kindly fit me in and did a fantastic cut and blowdry. Girl who washed my hair was also lovely. Would definitely recommend and I think I will be changing from my usual salon. Thanks girls"
