"Matthew (pharmacist) v.helpful, approachable, sympathetic & very knowledgeable. Made me feel very at ease even though very busy. Didn’t try to sell me expensive brand name product- he sold me a cream with the active ingredient I needed for a quarter of the price of the branded product. All other staff helpful & friendly in an area of Brighton that probably requires quite a bit of patience with customers!"
"god bless Max the Pharmacist, his advice and guidance was incredible. 111 was causing me no end of stress and Max ensured I got the result we needed. He is a true professional. thank you Max."
"Tried to access at 6:05pm as they are a 'Late Night Pharmacy' (which closed at 6pm). Three members of staff were just staring at me, I was trying to say, "where else is open", "can you help me I need a pharmacy". The three staff members were literally laughing at me through the glass. Very poor for something so important, I needed medicine not a loaf of bread. Eventually one member of staff told me another pharmacy was open at the Brighton Marina. I would rather experience pain again than visit that pharmacy. Improvements needed."
"The person who answered the phone was so rude patronising and offensive that it triggered a panic/asthma attack in me and after years of being a customer I see no alternative but to change pharmacy. They said they were a trainee pharmacist! Nasty ignorant piece of work who put phone down on me. I was not in any way disrespectful otherwise I would acknowledge that."
"Extremely disappointing experience today. Having a migraine attack and feeling nauseated I made an effort to leave the house into the blinding sunshine (anyone who experiences migraine could imagine how this feels like) to go to the pharmacy to purchase specific pain relief. There were at least 5 staff and only two customers inside (so 2.5 employees per customer) but despite that, they kept me there for 15 minutes. After being served, filing in the required forms and waiting by the counter while feeling sick, to my devastation I was told that I am not to eligible to purchase the pain relief! Was it really necessary to keep me there for over 15 minutes? Surely a pharmacy with so many employees could be a little more efficient?"
