"Dreadful service. Visited salon today for a wash, cut and blow dry. Stylish washed my hair, did not offer or use conditioner and did not comb through my hair before cutting. I requested a trim, stylish lifted my hair and indicated about an inch to be cut, which was agreed. When cut and blow dried, I realised then he had taken about three inches off my hair and had totally layered my hair, which I did not request and was not discussed. He said it was because my hair was curly he had cut it this way when I complained - and that it would be"okay". Left salon but returned to request a refund after going home to realise my hair was ruined. Impossible to tie up, which I do regularly for work. Did receive a refund but am so upset at the desperate service."
