"I had a problem with my washing machine as it wouldn’t empty. I phoned Joe Graham and was so pleased that I could get through immediately and speak to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. My machine was repaired the next day. I previously wanted to replace my dishwasher and had ordered from another well known supplier. When it was delivered they said they couldn’t get to the pipes and were unable to install it. I cancelled my order and asked the guy who fixed the washing machine for his advice. He said it was not a problem, and the next day my new dishwasher from Joe Graham arrived and is now installed. Excellent service! Cannot praise them highly enough."
