"Appalling. Is this even a legitimate company? Booked and paid for an in-person PCR test at the Swansea branch. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time to find the whole place closed. The phone line is non-existent, no option to speak to a person. The chat bot is even worse and doesn’t help with anything. Have emailed customer services and the complaint email to try and get a refund and had no response. I booked with this company because I was desperate and I guess that’s what this scam feeds off. Don’t believe the positive reviews, I’m almost certain they’re fake now. I will be contacting my bank once the 15 day wait period is over in the hope that some action will be taken against these fraudsters. PLEASE AVOID."

"Done a COVID test there for travelling purpose. Very quick service and result. However, the lady who worked there 10am on the 19th of Sep was not gentle at all. The amount of force she used made me feel like I have somehow upset her and she did it on purpose. Either an experienced or inexperienced person wouldn't use that force. Nose was so painful for the following days. Also she put the swab on the inner side of my cheek not tonsil. She clearly didnt have a look at where the swab was going..."

"Had a PCR test here. The lady who did it was BRUTAL. In agony after with a sinus infection from how she stabbed by nose painfully repeatedly with a swab. No cares given. My tonsils were sore instantly. Never again and I do NOT recommend."
