"A waste of 40e. Never to return again. I got biab. There was only a choice of two colours. Seemed like she didn't know what she was doing compared to other salons I've been to. There is no consistent colour. The tips are white. I asked could she bring the colour right up to the tops of my nails but she said it was very cause of my lighter base colour (bull). The tops of my nails AND my nails were filed AFTER putting the colour on. Then barely brushed the dust off and put the top coat on carry. I can still see the little white bits where she filled underneath. Left a review with the salon and no recourse and response offered. Very disappointing."

"Not even 24 hours later one of my nails is off from shellac, staff weren’t happy about the length of my nails and repeatedly told me they were too short which I’ve never had an issue with in another salon. Staff aren’t very friendly towards customers, won’t be returning as overall I was unhappy with this service."

"The worth experience I ever had!!! Booked an appointment for a manicure 2 days in advance and when I came - the place didn’t work and nobody told me. When I call in an hour - they told me their sister doesn’t work and they can’t help me. In few calls they schedule my appointment in their different place by myself. In the end I had a my nails done with a new therapist(found out after) and this is the worth job it could be ever done. When I came to have my explanation in a first place they just fed me with promises “manager will call you”. When I came in a while they said they have “no refund” policy and can give me my money back, even I removed nail polish the same day in their place. The worth service on every step! "I went in to get gel removed and get a full manicure in the Dundrum branch. The gel removal process was painful, the electric grinder drill wasn’t at all used as the staff could not find it. I wasn’t told at the start but overheard the staff talking to each other about it. The process was taking very long, and I’m not sure if the staff who was working on my nails was a trainee or not but I did not enjoy the whole experience. She filed into my cuticles skin, leaving it raw and sore. The file kept slipping out of her hand, she wasn’t really looking at my nails half of the time as she was looking out of the window while filing my nails. The shape of my nails were uneven. I was going to do a pedicure on the same day but after the experience I just wanted to get out. I am very disappointed, I went in because of excellent google reviews but my experience proved otherwise."
