When I queried why I was being overcharged for nails (price increase plus refusal to uphold the special offer text I received) it led to a hostile debate leaving me very annoyed and upset. After years of attendance I have found another salon."

What I asked for was not done and when I queried it, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. It was nearing closing time and it was very clear that styling my hair the way I asked for at the beginning was a nuisance. The cut is also not what I wanted and I am now getting another cut this weekend in a different salon to fix what was done in Zero one."
