"I cannot comment on this company's services however my experience with their customer service just tells me I will not be going here anytime soon. I got a voucher and decided to book an appointment. I paid deposit when booked online and understood cancellation policy of 48 hours. 48 hours before appt. I was not sick, only in the last 24 hours I fell sick and I had neither energy or felt comfortable going into a Salon this ill. I was happy to reschedule to any other day. This didn't matter however because they were going to charge me full price and Melissa on the phone even said oh you should've rang yesterday even (24 hours before appointment - I am sure they were probably going to same the same thing to me anyway). She even laughed on the phone as if I was a nuisance. I did not feel comfortable and will not book again - they even offered to charge my voucher instead of my card for the full appointment - how kind."
"Terrible customer service. Got a voucher for this salon for Christmas so booked in online and had to pay deposit on top of the voucher amount for shellac. Called in to reschedule due to illness ( didn’t want to risk coming in and infecting staff and other customers ) and first thing the rude lady on the phone said was that the full amount is charged to the voucher and the deposit is non-refundable. No offer to even reschedule appointment. If you’re thinking of going here, look elsewhere! Overpriced as well."
"Love The Beauty Rooms, all the girls are so lovely! Erica is great, she's been doing my nails for over 6months and I'm so happy with them! They offer so much more than just shellac! Also had great facials and a full body massage -heaven!! They also run great promotions and reward customers with loyalty points! Highly recommend!"
