"I came to the salon as i have done for the last 6 years to have my usual colour and cut. I didn' get it,instead of white highlights and brown back and sides i got a full on Donald Trump. As if this was not bad enough,the stylist who did the colour decidided to throw a temper tantrum at me,they were roaring ,screaming and shouting at me to get out of their premises.They then roared at a co worker to return my money. The roaring and screaming at me to get out continued,so i took my money and left. I didn't utter a word to the stylist as i had no wish to lower myself to their level.I have seen toddlers throw tantrums a few times,it was my first experience of watching a professional person in their mid fifties losing their temper in public,it was shocking behavior,perhaps an anger managment and a customer relations course would be of benefit to this stylist. I shall not be returning."
