"I contacted Minis to ask about the service they provided and they were extremely blunt in their response with no information about current protocols. We went to their shop and were rudely told they had a booking system but there were no signs outside explaining they were running an appointment only system or that they were limiting the number of people allowed in the shop at one time. I think the two women were extremely rude and I will not be going back there again. Shocking customer service!"
