"Horrible customer service. I visited this shop today to return a large parcel through EVRI as it was the closet one to my home. After reaching and printing my return label, the person at the shop denied to accept the parcel stating the shop owner has asked him not to accept big return parcels. This was so frustrating and made me angry as I walked all the way to their shop with 10kg bag. I asked for shop owner's contact but the person denied to share it and was very rude in his approach. I will never visit this shop again for any drop-off."
