"Wasn't any parking near the place when I got there and wasn't sure how I went about this. So parked the car just outside the place so I could run in and ask. There was 2 lady's in there. On was sat down the other folding clothes. No body said hello when I walked in, In fact said nothing, so I said how does the system work. The lady folding the clothes said i fold I weigh I pay. OK I said. I had 8 full black bags in my car. And thought I will just wait for her to finish serving the other lady. I took it she was a customer, the lady folding the clothes then said to me. But I will not serve you until you have moved your car. I was taken back on how she had said this, I didn't want to find a space and carry all bags to the place. I got into my car and thought how rude. Not helpful at all. So took my black bags elsewhere."
