"We have been looking for furniture for our lounge, been to several stores locally but service and choice here were excellent. Took several visits over a few days but we were never made to feel as if we were a nuisance. Staff helped when asked but also gave us space to chat alone. Very good choice and range of furniture. Only downside is the coffee shop has gone!!"

"Stay well away. Waited 16 months for 2 sofas, a chair and stool. By the time it was expected to be delivered I was moving house! So I cancelled. Bought dining furniture but when it was delivered it was damaged. Needed new sideboard door and table but they sent a technician with filler and crayons!! They couldn’t understand why I didn’t think it fair to pay full price for faulty goods. Sent it back. Won’t be buying from them again. I note they have high ratings from some who just comment on the showroom and choice of furniture but I question if they ever made a purchase. Awful attitude from some customer services employees."
