"From booking to post testing,i couldnt have had better professional and cordial service from the team at Brian Noones, Maynooth Flexibilty with test time, short wait from booking to test. Cosy waiting room but only fits one due to covid. Follow up post test was very clear and specific identifying some wear that should be addressed prior to next test. Sure what more do you want? "Having spent enough money on a New Coach to buy a Rolls-Royce, my experience would suggest you don’t get anything like a R-R aftersales service for that price ! I was unfortunate enough to lose my selling agent Minis to Midis three months after buying our new Coach from the factory, which meant I had to deal direct with Noone Ireland from there on for any issues. Firstly, they are not the easiest to get a hold of or the best at returning your calls. To be honest most of my dealings at the start were with Michael Noone who came over as considerate at first, but unfortunately he never lived up to the standards of a man in his position. Communication starts off good before fading away to nothing and eventually being left hung and dry was my own experience. In a nut shell, if it’s going to cost Noone’s money out of their pocket then it’s unlikely to happen in my opinion. The final straw was an Air Conditioning fault where the low pressure hose had rubbed through to a hole on the O/S engine mount due to the routing of it from build, however neither Autoclima or Noone’s were prepared to make any contribution to the repair costs of the pipe or recharge. Frustratingly it appears all too easy for Noone’s to pass the blame onto other parties without considering their own allegiance to customers who have spent significant amounts of money with them. Let’s be honest, this is not best business plan for a Company looking to develop a loyal customer base or future sales."

"Extremely disappointed with the backup service and attitude towards customers, having spent a significant amount on second hand vehicles, and due to covid we couldn’t prior view, we had varying concerns on delivery. Myself and workshop staff being treated as liars on faults discovered were the lowest point, being aggressively spoken to by Robert Noone by telephone was the the final break in any professional relationship. Never purchase a used vehicle unseen from Noone, the customer is always wrong if their are issues and of course it seems being female means you are less intelligent. I was pointed out their “years” in business which was suppose to impress, after discovering in fact it is twenty years less than ourselves operating, as if we were some pop up company being addressed by Robert. What an utter disappointment and more so using the Scottish salesman as a scapegoat to unprofessionalism - a company which cannot and will not speak respectfully with their customers will never succeed, anyone incapable of seeing improvement in business will never flourish, especially if you present yourselves as angry Irishmen who know everything, this is not the time in the coach industry to present such attitude, it’s not a buoyant market."
