"Great emergency service but shame when doing drive in... Make sure you get your lock nut key somewhere visible for them before passing the car over.. lock all your belongings and look over the window to see what they are doing.... the guys who works there will go though all your things to find the wheel nut lock key, if they don't see it laying around in your boot, they will try.. "you grove box?", "your prose inside your grove box?" whatever whereever, they've open it.. when all they have to do is just ask the customer, not wait until the customer asking what is he doing going though my belongings... Just don't give them any excuses.. after they change your tyre, they will also mess around with your car.. I really don't understand why they would try froce pull open my car's back passenger electric sliding door when there is nothing they needed are in there and left the door stuck half open and laugh their way off.. and watch out when they don't wash your rims, it's normally means they've scratched it. Brand new rims with no marks on and leave with a big scratch... When get home, you better wash all the grease off all your door handle(yes they've managed to play with all of the door with their fully greased up grove), your steeling wheels, gearstick, the grove box handle, the leather seat where the guy put his hands when opening the grove box ... and your belongings.. I must say, I have nothing stolen, so I don't need to call the garda just in case someone from this company say so. Great place for car you don't give a damn about."
