"Nct GreenHills done my husbands car on Feb 1 at 5.20AM it failed on a nearside dip out of line and back number plate bulbs only working at 50%.The NCT had to push start the car and drive it outside and left it running but never told me there was any trouble with the car they gave me the fail sheath I went out side the car was running so drove it out and stopped near my home for shopping. Car wouldn't start parked it and phoned the NCT to tell them that the car had just been in getting its NCT that was 4 months late anyway the car needed new battery, towed to garage and a diagnostic done cost over 400 euro.Back to NCT before 1 of March for retest 28 euro."

"Not only could I only make an appointment 5 months after my NCT expired due to their waiting list, but when I finally passed it, they only issued my certificate for a few months until the 1 year anniversary of the previous NCT, rather than for 1 year from the date it was successfully tested. They claim to be customer-focused and to strive to make customers happy, which is a farce. Disgrace!"
"I had there my NCT only once but surprisingly it went quickly and smoothly. The staff was nice. There are toilets and a place (outside) to buy a drink or snack. They could add more vending machines and improve a little the look of the place. Also, better marking wouldn't hurt."
