"Brought my BMW to John and the guys back in August for a diagnostics check due to issues with the engine. John mentioned that the starter motor needed replacing. They confirmed this with car protect and everything was covered. Went back 2 days later and starter motor was fitted in less that 1 hour. Had my like brand new again. Rang John in January about “air to fuel mixture ratio issue” and he offered support and guidance on how to tackle the issue. Great service all around and top lads to say the least. "They move quick, but they are expensive. I got the job done elsewhere for 260 instead of 440 euro. They work with Car Protect, which is very, very bad. We insure out car, when bought it, and so far all of car problems where exclussions on the policy. And, they charge for every time you bring the car for diagnostic, because this is CarProtect policy. Overall, not a very nice experience."
