"I used north road commercials every year, but today The service was exceptional I had a two ocklock appointment, but unfortunately I had to get home early my wife rang to tel me one of our dogs had broken a leg so I asked if I could bring my appointment forward, I actually just turned up and was seen to immediately, I got home early and took my dog to the vet, probably doesn't sound like much to some people but it ment a lot to me my wife and Jeffrey our injured dog, thanks for caring"
