"Used to be reliable in dealing with OlympDirect.com's orders in the UK. Ordered a shirt two months ago and no shirt received and emails and phone calls ignored. Have had similar experience to others reporting here. Update: no refund despite the offer here. OlympDirect.com now seems unavailable. Feel totally ripped off. :-("

"Shirts ordered 2 months ago. Never receieved. Numerous attempts to contact them, many emails and voice mails sent. Only one reply a month after the first message sent. Do not waste your time ordering shirts from here."
