"They did a good a good job on my car"
"They took so many parts of my car said they throw them in the bin that i need to lay a fortune to another repair shop because because those are original nissan parts. They took other parts of the car unknown of the reason why they did it. They remove other partsand returned them just in somewhere in the middle of the front engine. They are so disrespectful to customers car parts and service. Unprofessional people wrcking customers car at their own will though AXA trust them mych but we ahd a great deal with them before we could take back out car tellling us we couldnt drive it cause it not road worthy they made it worst. Avoid them if you can avoid avoid avoid before you incur loads expenses . Bad service from their receptionist to their repairpeople!!! Never again with them !!! They are very unprofessional dishonest uncaring service"
"Very disapppointing. On a Wednesday, paid €65 for an estimate on repairs to minor damage. Was told I would receive receipt for this fee by email and that I would receive the estimate itself by end of week. Neither arrived. By end of following week nothing arrived. I emailed about this. The estimate and the receipt arrived the following working day (i.e. 10 days late). With absolutely no acknowledgment of or apology for the delay. At my actual visit, I found the staff I encountered unwelcoming and impersonal."
