"Incredibly dishonest. Went in for tyre and a steering rack clip. Total 140 (75 for tyre and the rest for the parts and “labour”. Got the car back only to check myself and realise that they had in fact put a cable tie on, not the part I was charged for. And were so lazy the hadn’t even bothered to cut the tail of it, that’s how it was spotted. Went back they had a terrible attitude. Tried to say that €20 was the price for one cable tie???? And basically said it will pass NCT what is your problem. Such dishonest and distrustful behaviour. Would not recommend going there to anyone."
"I would not recommend this place at all . I called 20 mins before closing time as I needed just a restart for my car. I was already in the location - 2 mins walking distance. The guy on the phone was rude and he didnt have any sort of empathy that i was stranded. Whats the point of opening later than other garages, if you cant help anyone!"
"Poor communication to the extent of being mean at times. I was a customer for 4 years and was ignoring same comments of others until I had a similar experience. Never to do any car service with those guys again."
