"Worst staff I've ever come across definitely need Customer service training especially the one on Cromelsfort Road..needed a slow puncture fixed asap went to 2 of there garages in D12 both told me ill be waiting a good few hours . "Booked in for a service and a headlight alignment a week in advance, explained on phone I didn’t have lot of time. Arrived at 9am as agreed. Told wouldn’t be ready til 2, which wasn’t great as I had work at 4 And had to wait around also. Arrived back at half 2 to give a bit of extra time, car hasn’t moved an inch. The guy I was dealing with seemed ok and under pressue but still. I explained I had to cancel the service as and go to work. He suggested he could do the headlight alignment in 5 mins if I waited. I assumed this might be about 10/12 euro or maybe even complimentary seeing as I waited for over 7 hours for my car not to be done. I was changed €30! He literally did the job in less than 3 minutes. I’ll never be back."
