"Visited the business with a problem of one of the tyres loosing air. Appeared to have a leak around the rim. The guy in charge said to his colleague to charge €25 for the job to which he replied that it was way too expensive and any other place would only charge €15 at most for this, to which the guy in charge said the customer will have to pay €25. He than turned around and said, this time in English, it is €25. What they did not realise when talking between themselves is that I do understand Polish very well. Clearly, the impression is they just make the prices up by looking at a customer. Next customer in line had a question to ask and the same guy did not even bother to listen or to reply properly - gave a quick response and turned his back to something totally different - the poor man's face looked rally puzzled at this level of customer service. Good luck with the business model like this, guys, I will definitely avoid going back and would not encourage anyone to visit."
