"Needed car alignment done and few other bits. Charged for the alignment before Christmas told to bring the car back after Christmas free of charge as was unable to finish the job. When I returned they said my car needed parts and was going to cost 90euro per part. So I was charged for an alignment that wasn't done. Fair enough if it needed parts but was not mentioned and was told no further payment was needed. Will not be returning here. Shocking communication."
