Atlas Autoservice and Tyres Finglas

"Brought car in for full service, was told 1000 euro and the car would be as good as new, after reading other reviews I can see I was probably overcharged at this point but this isn't the worst part. A week later the frost plug burst in my coolant tank which was 'completely unrelated to service'. A week after this I noticed oil dripping from the engine, I brought it back to be told they had refilled the oil and there was a leak in the turbo and the turbo would have to be taken out and sent to specialist and they would have my car for a week. They gave me the car back and told me it was fine to drive in the mean time. I asked when would be a good day to bring the car back for this and they said they could not tell me and they would ring me on the Monday....they never rang, not to mention the 3 times my car was there I had to ring and chase for updates each time. Very unprofessional and a bit suspicious as my car was running fine before this. Had no intention of bringing car back to them if they did ring on the Monday as they were so dismissive of me. Brought car to another garage and they fixed the oil leak for under 100 euro and not at all related to the turbo and told me that they could not understand how the previous garage told me it was safe to drive. I'm just grateful that I did not trust their opinion and drive the car because god knows what could have happened to myself and other road users, never mind the car."

"Spoke to a salesperson at the desk, asked him a question, as he answered another man just spoke over him from behind. I kept looking at the initial person I was speaking to. I said who am I dealing with? The chap behind said, I'm the owner. I thought he was extremely ignorant & treated his employee horribly. I wouldn't go near this place on account of that."

"I had my car under warranty and had to use the dealership to have my car serviced or warranty would be null and void. Needless to say, my Ford C Max never ever felt it was serviced and sometimes had to go back to have items corrected. Their policy was to wash my car after servicing and even that was well below par. A mediocre car wash does not make a service a good service. It's like trying to draw your attention away from the actual job in question to make my car run better. Soooo having reached a milestone of my cars life, the warranty was no longer of use, so a new service chapter was beckoning. I've bought tyres here in Atlas a few times and had my air-conditioning recharged and no issues whatsoever. These guys looked after me and my car no hidden costs just a great service. They did not wash my car which I appreciate less time washing my car more time servicing. My car is running like a gem and feels like it got a service never got that feeling from a Ford Garage, not a million miles away."

"I wasn't sure to visit this service one more time or not. Thanks for that person who had contacted me to make an appointment for next visit. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the new manager, Darral Poole. They took my car without too many questions and fixed problem. Now I see that they are very good. Hope to not visit them very soon, but if my car will have other problems, I definitely will go to ATLAS auto service. Thank you, Darral, for your professionalism and attitude."
