"Nov 2022 Put my car in to Martin for service and to fix a few issues with the car including smoke from the exhaust. Which is now gone and the car running well. "Confirm price before commencing any work. The boss ripped us off big styly. Charged us €60 to swap some tyres around and to put one new one which I provided on to the spare. The work done took half an hour tops... at that rate he's looking for €120p/h. !! When I questioned the fee he got very obnoxious and started to slag of the car I was driving and unbelievably started to actually bounce his beer belly into me in a threatening manner as if to provoke a physical response. I had to warn him if he did it again that I'd put him down(on to the ground). So we paid him In full... which meant the young man that did the work didn't get any tip. Hence I give two stars here only because of the good work done by that guy. Otherwise it'd be a 1 star shop tops. R.M."
"I cannot recommend Mount Merrion Garage at all. I had an issue with one of my tires and I took my car 3 times, the last one with an appointment and I never received any service."
