"Terrible disabled access. There is a sign that says there is a ramp available, but you have to ask in store for a member of staff to get it. I'm a wheelchair user and if I was able to get in store to ask a member of staff if I could use the ramp then I wouldn't need one in the first place. There should at least be a bell to ring if you are in need of assistance. When I was shopping I was on my own and had nobody to go in and ask for me. When I emailed fatface about this they told me I am more than welcome to use their website instead, which wasn't really an answer to my question of whether they could provide a bell to ring for assistance. I won't be using your website, I'll just be taking my custom elsewhere."
