"We recently had to rent a property as our house sale fell through and as we also had two dogs to accommodate were very concerned about the position we we were in. Luckily we contacted Parks letting in Brighton. Thomas Quinn, their agent was exceptional, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, from showing us around the properties, setting up the agreements, to welcoming us into our new home, also following up with amazing customer service. Thank you parks letting and especially Thomas Quinn. We could not recommend more highly ."

"Avoid them at all costs as tenants. It's funny seeing all the good reviews are from landlords for them. They won't do anything for the tenants, and it is all the time just a one-way communication. Communication is poor and inconsistent. Professionalism is not a thing and things like contract to be moved from first fixed 6 months to monthly rolling never respected for 3 years. Their staff and so our property manager changed continuously without letting us know, so we found ourselves sending emails to error accounts all the time. The flat we have been renting was old and under maintained from arrival, as well as dirty, rests of food, fridge unfrozen, mould on the walls, despite us saying this to Parks after they sent us the not accurate check-in inventory, none came in to fix the issues or to change the inventory scores, so this has created further frictions and stress at the moment of the checkout inspection. Only way to deal with them is to get seriously legal and take actions. Finally, from a human point of view don't expect to get any human decency or kindness. Said that, make a favour yourself, I know renting in Brighton is hard but there are other more serious local agencies."

"Used to be really good but now service poor. Never follow up on issues. Send emails and never get a reply. Staff change regularly and I’m not updated. They’re too busy justifying their own position rather than actually proactively dealing with issues. I think they’ve got too big and very complacent. They take their commission each month and don’t actually do anything. A bit of help occasionally would be nice. The worse agent I’ve got managing any of my properties. Can’t wait to get rid of them."

"I moved out of my flat 2 months ago and park Letting team is not doing anything for my deposit to get sorted. No answers from them for weeks and this leads me to be thinking about actions I can take to be heard as a tenant... Obviously they do everything for landlord to be happy as they bring money but when it is to help someone renting then no one is here to help. Very disappointed and now hopefully I can have an answer from someone"
