Reviews
"Badly situated. Young people with no real guidance making a lot of noise in an otherwise quiet neighbourhood. Should be relocated to a more suitable environment."
"I lived here 18 years ago . I thought it had been demolished. Shocked its still here. And the same reviews as when i was here. I was overcharged rent not helped with benefits blamed for other residents mess and threat with eviction if i didnt clean up when i had none to do with it no workers were present most of the time. People broke in beat each other sold drugs took drugs over dosed in front of me smashed up the kitchen nothing was fixed the light was sparking and blowing out fire noone cared. Dead end place your left to rot"
"I use to live here hated it staff are useless and it's dirty don't ever move there"
"Looks dirty, dark and dingy. Building looks rundown and borderline dilapidated with clear sightings and evidence of mold no disabled access at all. No cctv despite clear and obvious drug use both inside and outside the property and a clear lack of privacy and security for those on the ground floor and those in the office. There was also obvious maintenance issues resulting in a difficulty for residents and visitors to enter the building. however a majority of the staff encountered there are incredabley friendly and welcoming people who were happy to help however they could."
"Used to live here, not a nice place but it gets people off the street. I don't recommend that you live here unless you really have to. if you do move in keep your self out of all the shouting, arguing and fights. also do not drink around the building and be careful of your stuff getting stolen."
