"More than happy to waste your time at every turn. Called initially to ask if I could look at buying stereos for my car, this was the first point of contact. They told me to go in store as I had to pick a stereo and pay for it first. When I went in store, point of contact 2, they told me no, I had to book a car service check to see if I could have a stereo put in. Then on the day of the booking I come back, they immediately tell me they don't do hybrid cars... At point of contact 3! Two other people could have told me that at any point in our conversations, they had asked for the car and the registration, and yet none had thought to tell me that. Complete waste of time. Won't go back."

"Ordering online was very easy, however pickup not so much. I decided I needed something small while I was in store approached an assistant who ignored me went behind the till beside another young man and stayed there drinking water . Had to wait 15 minutes at least in a queue because other people were asking questions much easier to answer these on the floor and leave check out for just check out . So my advice would be make sure to have everything online ordered before you go in, help in the store was not forthcoming. The young man on the till, was apologetic and extremely helpful."

The staffs are very helpful, I was looking for a puncture kit for the buggy and the staff even suggested both temporary and permanent options, it was a good conversation. There is enough space nearby to park your car. They provide items related to your car too. Yes, I recommend this store."
