But now, completely useless, been ringing 3 days in a row to get a telephone consultation appointment, ringing everyday at 8.30 & onwards in morning, 15 minutes or longer, I actually hear the phone ring, instead of the call being cancelled and telling me “user busy”, finally get through and get told the same old, “ring back on this day at 8.30, we’re fully booked”, feel sorry for anyone that actually has an emergency with this practice, cause they’re an absolute disgrace! Don’t go with these, they’re pathetic!"
"This afternoon I telephoned the surgery for an appointment. " it's the very first time I have been spoken too by a very polite well mannered female receptionist. The lady was extremely helpful answered all my questions very politely. I found soome of the Other receptionist are so grumpy and it often feels like they can't be bothered to help you you are often felt as if you are taking up their time. They are often abrasive on the phone and extremely unhelpful. Today was an exception THANK YOU to the receptionist on this afternoon"
