"Nice local pub. The members of Varo can often be found here on Wednesday evenings playing some trad music."
"Creamiest pints of Guinness I have ever had, and at 5.30 per pint it is defo cheaper than most places, a great spot!"
"A lovely family owned pub with the Best of Bar staff.very friendly customers who I'm sure are aware they are Drinking in a little Gem.Beautiful furniture and ambience that Grows in stature with age.Asta la vista."
"Working in the industry I can honestly say that Kavanaghs is a great pub in the Stoneybatter area. It’s not pretentious and you won’t get groups of idiots in the place. The heated beer garden is a great way for relaxing with friends with also tv’s to watch the live sports in a great setting. The bonus is that Kavanaghs does Peroni on tap which is hard to find outside the city centre and it’s reasonably priced. The barman Robbie is a veteran within the industry which you can tell by the way he moves around the bar and Louis’ pints are always spot on. I won’t believe anyone who tells me that they’ve had a better pint. If in the Stoneybatter area then definitely give Kavanaghs a try. It’s well worth it. The function room upstairs is also well spaced out with a private bar and entrance. Worth an enquiry anyway if looking for somewhere local with good service."
"Some bloody good Guinness, with Irish tapas to boot. Sound staff. Great place for a few pints of plain and a degenerative chinwag."
