"Very poor customer service. Website said the desk was in stock and available within 3 days. Only the confirmation email indicated that it was actually out of stock. This would have been fine as I didn’t mind waiting a bit but I emailed 4 times with no reply and tried calling 11 times, just to try to get clarity on a date. Finally got through 3 weeks later(!), to be told a date in the future when the desk would be delivered. Desk arrived damaged, I had to follow up regarding a replacement or refund. Again, multiple calls and emails went unanswered. And was told conflicting dates for delivery. No apologies and no acknowledgement of poor service. Just really really awful for the price of the product. The guy who came to set up the desk was lovely though, and did a great job installing it (even though the desk top arrived damaged)."
"My experience with Posturite so far has been very poor so far - although I am still waiting for half my order (after many weeks of waiting already). 1) They sent me my medical assessment report - and sent me multiple OTHER client's private medical reports at the same time. These people are not known to me, but these reports were sent to me nevertheless. Posturite rep giggled on the phone when I rang to tell them and then put me on hold for 20 minutes. They were very slow to respond (10 days to get first response) and did not self-report to the ICO as they are legally obliged to do so. Took a month to give me a full reply. 2) They they sent me another client's name and phone number on a separate occasion, thus again breaching GDPR rules again. 3) Posturite did not respond to multiple enquiries about whether my order was ready in part or as a whole; just bombarded me with daily emails asking me to book the delivery. 4) Posturite booking rep told me on the phone - and then in an email - that I would definitely be emailed on the morning of the delivery to give me a time window. This did not happen. After three hours of waiting, I contacted Live Chat; the operator of that could not have been less bothered...she was more interested in demanding to know exactly who had told me that I would be given a time window in the first place...she wanted to know the 'subject title' of the email concerned and the date of the email. Not interested in actually helping me; she refused to ring the company to find out time window. Just told me the number and that I would have to ring them myself. I told her I had rang three times, but it rang ten times and then cut off each time. The live chat operator said I would have to keep trying; she then said she wasn't allowed to contact them!!! Despite the fact the=at Posturite are the seller of this item and they've contracted a company to deliver it. Of curse they're allowed to call them. She was just not interested in trying to help me, and just blamed the contractor. 5) When you call Posturite , you get put on hold for an eternity, with possibly the worst hold message I've ever heard repeated over and over, every five seconds. It makes you want to throw the phone out the window. 6) Posturite staff, when they answer, are not bothered. They put me on hold for 20 minutes for something urgent and then only put me through to a manager at my insistence - this turned out just to be an appointments manager who denied I had any problem and that I must be wrong. I see there are multiple other poor reviews for this company which are answered by Posturite, promising to do better. But they're NOT doing better. They are appalling. I hope Student Finance England and other big contractors look at their customer's experience with Posturite and withdraw these lucrative contracts from a company who clearly know nothing about customer service and don't give a monkeys about keeping their customers' medical reports confidential. NB: The technical courier (sub contractor) who attended was good. But Posturite themselves should hang their heads in shame. PS. I am not interested in a silly reply by Posturite giving lip-service about how they want to improve their service. They've proved themselves utterly dire on multiple occasions already and they've pushed me too far, hence this review. If you don't want poor reviews, don't give shocking service in the first place."
"Slooooow. Delivery company failed to even attempt delivery 3 times before just cancelling my daughter's order. Took Posturite weeks and weeks to sort it out. Couldn't believe delivery firm could even do this. Most of the staff took details and did nothing. Also took them 4 months to deliver a wireless mouse. They kept fobbing us off with "we're expecting it into stock in the next two weeks". This went on for months. If it wasn't for the fact the DSE chose Posturite as supplier I wouldn't use them. Avoid Posturite if you can!!!"
"So disappointed with Posturite and their lack of customer service. Having spent over £1100 on a fully adjustable chair (Positiv Plus High Back chair) and being assured that it will fit my needs, it seems that the chair won’t adjust low enough. I’m 5ft10in in height with 32inch leg which is very average for a adult male. But the spec on the chair states it will only adjust to min 500mm. However to fit me it needs to go 30mm lower and reading online that’s not abnormal. I did ask before I bought the chair and I was assured it will fit my height. On delivery it didn’t fit. I’ve lost count how many emails I have exchanged with this company and I was at one point assured that I would be sent a gas stem which would allow the chair to fit me. But they didn’t followup and not responding to my emails. I would not recommend this company on the basis of poor pre-sales advice and poor post-sale customer service. I will update this review if the situation gets resolved."
"I ordered a chair on 8 August. I was sent an email a few weeks ago to say Posturite had contacted me to arrange delivery but I hadn't answered. I checked my phone and no calls had been received. I rang the number on the email and no one answered for dafter calling numerous times. I finally rang a different number and spoke to someone who rearranged delivery for today the 29th of September. I logged onto the website to track delivery yesterday which said it was due to be delivered today 29 September. . I hadn't received any calls so I logged back on the website today. The website today doesn't state any delivery date and it doesn't even show as processing now. . Someone from Posturite has obviously changed everything and not bothered to ring me. I rang today and the customer assistant was not able to get hold of someone in the order department. I am still waiting for my chair nearly 8 weeks later. I will be contacting occupational health and asking them not to recommend this company."
