"Overall the L-Shaped Desk I purchased is sturdy. However the fixings they gave me were the wrong ones and I had to buy some from Amazon. Something I shouldn't have to do when I spend £250+ on a new desk. Also the driver said the box was already damaged when he took it from the warehouse which I took as a complete lie because as a driver you shouldn't be accepting goods that are damaged prior to transit, to avoid getting the blame. He didn't sound very convincing and looked like he wanted to pass the blame on to the warehouse, as he had no straps or anything in his van, so the damage was clearly done in transit. I've also seen pizza boxes thicker than the one it arrived in. Little to no bubble wrap used too. However, thankfully this was minor damage to the back panel of the desk which is against a wall, so won't be seen. But I don't think I'll be buying from this company again. Too many red flags for just a basic delivery of a desk. I class myself lucky how with such poor packaging and an even worse delivery driver that the only damage done was to the back panel. I'll give you an extra star purely because it's still standing after nearly 10 months..."
