"Where to start with our experience of working with Hove Bathroom and Kitchen Centre... This is our first bathroom project so needed help with design, layout, product and management. The moment we went in and met James and Sam we just felt at ease and could tell these would most likely be our guys. Knowledge, patience, design expertise and very quickly cracked who we were as people and our tastes. We got several quotes, and although HB&KC, were nearer the top end of the range it was a no brainer to go with... Leading up to the start date, we visited the showroom several times to look at sample tiles and products. This is where James and Sam really helped as they totally understood our vision. Sam even when out of his way to track down an antique vanity unit that we could transform with marble and sink. All too often the showroom and sales process is slick in big purchases like this and it's the installation that lets everything down. From Day 1 Tommy and team were courteous, clean, good fun and their quality of work was outstanding. Working around a couple of that work from home, it was like they weren't there. Always consulting us on decisions and what they would recommend, I cannot speak more highly of their work. They even fixed an emergency leak that happened onsite completely unrelated to the bathroom. All in all we are over the moon with the finished bathroom - our friends and family can't believe how great it looks - often referring to it as a 5* hotel bathroom. "We wanted a complete revision of our kitchen and en suite - it was very out of date, and being in a converted villa in central Hove, it had odd shaped alcoves and rooms to think about. From the first meeting James was open to our ideas but helpful to suggest creative solutions. He went away and worked with his designer Sam to offer 3 alternatives - these made us think differently and after a few more revisions we got to the right look, feel and practicality we wanted - modern but perfect for a big old villa too. James has great brands to chose from and we soon found what we wanted in his lovely showroom. His team of builders and contractors were all great too, very respectful of our home and their attention to detail was superb. I think our kitchen was painted fully 3 times until James was happy with the finish. I still not sure he likes our choice of F&B Dutch Orange, but we love it against the grey units! Snagging was no issue too - every issues was dealt with with no complaint. Great service and a top quality job - you pay for what you get - but we are more than happy to recommend HBKC as a company and as a team. It is nice to work with charming and helpful people."

"James and the team did a fantastic job on a total refit of our bathroom. Design, fitting selection was painless and the work was carried out to a very high standard....despite the challenges lock-down imposed towards the end of the project. Additionally all the 3rd party firms (sash window repair, carpentry) HBKC brought it were excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone - especially those people who want an active, engaged firm, and not just be given a brochure of 200 taps and told 'you choose!'"

"After looking online at a number of bathroom companies we visited four of them and ultimately chose HBKC because we felt more confident in their ability to work through issues and deliver the finished result. We felt from the start that their approach wasn't just to sell us products it was to make sure that the design took account of the quirks of our house and what would need to be done.
