"Eliana really took her time to show us what we needed. She wasn’t ‘sales-y’ and she was completely honest and considerate towards budget. She did everything she could to help us and spent over an hour (the shop was quiet) walking the floor with us to demonstrate the pros and (potential) drawbacks of various items. Couldn’t recommend her enough- even spoke to the manager after to praise her delivery and conduct. Absolutely brilliant."

"We originally booked at personal shopping appointment to as we needed pretty much everything for our up coming arrival and felt a bit clueless. We were booked in with Kate who was brilliant. Really friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions no matter how daft they seemed! The shop in general was clean, well stocked and easy to get round. Our order has now been delivered and the order system was so easy. Couldn’t fault it. Everything we ordered has been so easy to put together and the end result we are really pleased with. We popped back into the store today to order an additional item and found the same excellent level of service, Kate was there again and another lady who was equally friendly . I would highly recommend this store, excellent services, no pushy sales tactics and great products . Thank you so much!"
