"Went for a cup of tea this morning with my wife in Quigleys to find they had no cups. The girl explained that the dishwasher was broken and that they had no cups. My wife tried to explain that she could not drink from a paper cup, which is what they insisted my wife do. There were numerous cups behind the counter, but they insisted they were too busy to wash a cup, although there were only a few people in the place. The two staff members were very unhelpful, so we told them to keep their paper cups and left. Customer service, don't think so. Won't be back, plenty of other places in the Square."
"Terrible service. The two women behind the till continuously refuse to do basic things like toasting a sandwich due to "being to under staffed" and have the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. This is not an isolated incident and the manner and tone of both employees is concerning considering they work in the hospitality sector and the main focus should be customer service."
"Ordered a birthday cake online, for a much better price than what we could find elsewhere. Collected it on what was a VERY busy Saturday for them but it was perfect. Cake itself was perfect & got a big ‘thumbs up’ from everyone that ate it."
"Ordered a rainbow birthday cake online and was so impressed! Cake was perfectly decorated and in a large box when I collected it to keep it intact travelling home. It was a huge hit at the party, and kids loved the rainbow colours"
