"Excellent service! Excellent products! Staff are lovely, their products are of high quality and mostly made in the UK. We liked a sofa and after they did a test run , they realised they wouldn't be able to get it through our stairs, so they talked to the manufacturer and asked for the sofa arms to be bolted after they deliver it. We are so happy that they found a solution for us and we got the sofa we wanted. also at the moment there are issues with supply chains so just be aware that you might have to wait for longer before you get a custom made sofa (we waited for three months). They also have really good quality bed linens. Last but not least, their delivery guys were really professional, before they left they made us know how to unbolt the sofa arms if we were to move houses, they also showed us where the sofa care instruction details were located and they reminded us about some sort of care and maintenance cover (I think) that we could get from the company."
