"Previously, a 5 star review but amending this. I frequent this place a lot and find most staff to be hard working and friendly but recently a longer time member of staff along with some badly trained new members of staff have made for long unnessesary queues. They stand around chatting with the longer term member of staff who seems to have lost his care for the place. He used to be excellent and now anytime I am in and he is on he slows down service by distracting the milk heater and not making the coffee with what can only be described as outlandish flirting with staff. Or that is certainly what it appears to be to on lookers.That sort of behaviour belongs at a pub bar after work!! It's so frustrating and I've had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee because of this nonsense and not just once."

"They hit it out of the ballpark! When I asked for a small box of handpicked chocolates for my husband, Aliona smiled in a really playful way and asked if he was worth a 7-, 14- or 28-piece box. We decided on the 14-piece (even though he definitely merits the 28!) and she was just great, catering to my preferences and giving me a lot of info along the way. I walked away with a beautiful, custom box of chocolates gift-ready, and a delicious hot chocolate with bonus sample chocolate. What a pleasure!"

"I am coming from Croatia where coffee is a ritual and we have bars where ppl would go to have coffee as Irish would go to a pub for a pint. So trying out this branded coffees was a nightmare untill my husband and I had a coffee at Butlers. And ooh my God. The best coffee in Ireland by far. Christmas gingerbread latte, fall pumpkin spice latte amazing coffees, complementary chocolates are absolutely amazing, with so many different tastes, service on point, plus ambient is nice and cozy and clean."
