"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Sharps. My experience has been nothing but short of a nightmare. Firstly, we have been booked for a design and the designer ( Michael ) came into our house to measure up. Before he left the property, he told us will send his design by email. As we have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and still have not heard from him. So, I emailed him as well as to give him a call. When I contacted him, I was met with a unhelpful attitude. He told me that he could have the wrong email address and will send it to us again. After weeks of waiting, we did not hear from him or had his design. It caused a significant inconvenience to my family. This entire process has been a complete waste of my time, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this company. I wish I could give this zero star, the service was garbage."
"the most terrible service i think i have ever received off any company. Rarely answer the phone. when they do they just hang up. Delivered the complete wrong wardrobe to me all after they took my money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. would give 0 stars if i could"
"I think the Sales Assistant may have made the assumption that we couldn’t afford the wardrobe sets and so really didn’t try at all to sell us anything and was very unhelpful. We had to go next door to the expensive sofa shop to decompress and speak with some lovely positive people"
