"Mo is the kind of host who will be successful at any endeavor - he truly cares about people and is a master at getting to know his customers. Every person is treated as if they were family from their first visit to his cafe. Entering the cafe gives you a feeling like in the sitcom Cheers where "everybody knows your name."
